To install this package, within terminal change to the Apex installation directory, and type:

php apex.php install cms_pages

CMS Pages

This is a small package that simply adds a new CMS->Pages menu into the administration panel, and allows the site owner to easily create and modify the contents of web pages within the administration panel instead of modifying the views on the server within the /views/tpl/public/ directory.
